Great Clips in Urbana, Illinois

I was there feb 14 9:30 am getting my hair cut.and try to pay with my great clip gift card.i have $49.95 balance in my card but their Internet was down.so i waiting to pay for my hair cut at list1 hour after my hair cut.then i just ask her a simple think if i pay cash than can u still give me the same deal with my gift card $9.99 hair cut.... Then lady work overthere she was so rude and tell me anything besides this gift card is gone be $15.00 and there is no discounts for any inconvenience...than i normally ask her can u speak with ur manager if they can do something... While i am asking to a lady on counter another lady cutting someone hair and she jumped in when i was talking to lady on counter .she said i am rude she is manager.... How would i know she is manager they don't have name tag or anything...???? So worst place to getting ur haircut.... They r not apologize for inconvenience they just blaming customers for that..... I will never do business with this kind people
