CLINTON — Redistricting in Illinois will lead to some changes for area residents when they go to the polls for Tuesday's primary election. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 7 pm. on election day.Illinois House Districts 73, 74 and 89Tony McCombie of Savanna, Illinois, a Republican who has represented District 71 in the Illinois House of Representatives since 2017, is running for reelection to represent District 89 in the Illinois House. The 89th District is the northern portion of the former 71st District.
